MSP Implementation Director:

Job Role: The MSP Implementation Director will serve as the liaison between our MSP clients, vendors, service contractors and internal teams. The MSP Implementation Director will be responsible for overseeing implementation and on-going support for a growing MSP Program.


Position Description:

The MSP Implementation Director is responsible for serving as the leader, overseeing a team of Account Managers as well as the overall day to day operations of the MSP program. We are looking for MSP Implementation Director Candidates who have progressive experience in a fast paced recruiting environment, preferably in the Healthcare Industry. The MSP Implementation Director role will be a combination of departmental leadership, report generation, account management oversight, vendor and service contract management with the goal of ensuring 100% client service delivery and satisfaction. This role will require close work with the clients to ensure we deliver on all strategic recruiting initiatives.

-Oversee the entire lifecycle of the staffing process

-Act as team lead and primary contact for all MSP clients and key contacts

-Report generation to clients on a weekly/monthly basis pertaining to project spend, filled/open positions, pipeline, etc

-Assist clients in standardizing outsourcing processes and procedures

-Ensure regulatory and credentialing requirements are fully compliant

-Manage relationship with all vendors and contractors

-Act as liaison between clients and GHR’s internal teams

-Manage day to day performance of GHR MSP Account Managers


Education and Experience:

5-10 years of experience in account management in a Staffing Services environment

1-2 years of recruiting experience in an Agency setting, healthcare preferred

1-2 years of management/leadership experience

A proven track record of client service delivery

Candidate’s located on the East Coast is preferred but not required

A Bachelor’s degree is required
