MSP Account Manager:

Job Role: The MSP Account Manager will be responsible for the day to day Staff Augmentation lifecycle operations for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) involving human capital acquisition, client management and vendor management for a major healthcare MSP client.

 

Position Description:

The MSP Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for all daily operations within a key healthcare MSP client. The MSP Account Manager needs the ability to effectively screen and present qualified candidates to the client and have the confidence to articulately communicate candidate’s qualifications to hiring managers while maintaining a client centered focus at all times.

-The MSP Account Manager is responsible for daily interactions with MSP client and all pertinent hiring managers and relevant decision makers on service delivery, contractual adherence and ensuring 100% client satisfaction

-Work with MSP client to obtain appropriate job descriptions and requirements for all positions as well as a breakdown of required pre-requisite technical skills

-The MSP Account Manager will facilitate communication with MSP client, GHR internal staff and vendors to ensure understanding of client staffing needs

-Conduct screening of candidates sourced by staffing vendors and internal staff to include review of resume alignment to job requirements, assessment of candidate skills, assessment of candidate fit for positions

-The MSP Account Manager will manage interview schedules with MSP hiring managers and vendors

-The MSP Account Manager will conduct onboarding activities with selected candidates

-Ensure timely and accurate collection of timesheets from contractors

-Ensure timely approvals of timesheets by MSP client to support prompt billing and payment cycles

-Ensure project goals and key initiatives are met within established time frame, budget, quality, and customer service standards

 

Education and Experience:

2-3 years of Account Management Experience, preferably in a Staffing & Recruiting Environment

Proven track record of exceptional Account Management service delivery

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives at once

Must be well spoken and be able to effectively communicate to a diverse range of key contacts ranging from entry level to executive leadership

Candidate located on the East Coast is highly preferred but not required

Bachelor’s Degree required
