Position: Travel Nurse Recruiter
Job Role: GHR Healthcare is currently seeking a Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our Travel Nursing Division. The Travel Nurse Recruiter’s primary responsibilities are to source, recruit and place RN’s on temporary assignments throughout the continental U.S. in a variety of clinical settings.
Travel Nurse Recruiter Core Responsibilities:
- The Travel Nurse Recruiter will engage in proactive recruitment activities such as cold calling, LinkedIn sourcing, e-mail marketing and job board searches to identify and connect with qualified nurse candidates
- Effectively screen RN candidates via telephone to qualify/confirm her/his clinical and patient population experience
- The Travel Nurse Recruiter will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies based upon client geography and facility level of care with the goal of reducing the recruitment cycle
- Serve as the nurses first point of contact and dedicated recruiter throughout his/her tenure with GHR Travel Nursing and ensuring 100% candidate satisfaction
- Learning to effectively close candidates and maintain rapport through post start process
- Act as a liaison between nurse candidates and staffing coordinators to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to placement

Skills and Experience:
- Good Organizational Skills
- Can take direction and coaching well and implement real time
- The ability to learn and retain information
- Fearless ability to make connections with nurses via outbound phone calls
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proficiency with Social Media and technology in general
- Outstanding (above average) verbal and written communication skills
Education & Work History:
- You must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
