Corporate Recruiter
Job Role: General Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing office in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. The Corporate Recruiter’s primary responsibilities are to lead and handle all aspects of the recruiting process for the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to attract top talent as well as establish relationships with internal staff and external referral sources.
Corporate Recruiter Position Description:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of a diverse variety of professionals for six company business lines via proactive recruitment activities (cold calling via telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn, Career Fairs, etc) with the goal of identifying and successfully hiring top talent in fields including but not limited to: Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, Credentialing, Sales, Administrative and Talent Acquisition. The Corporate Recruiter will serve as the liaison between the company’s internal hiring managers and prospective employees throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
Corporate Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities:
-Efficiently and effectively fill open positions as requested by upper management
-Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals
-Responsible for screening candidates via telephone and in person to ensure their qualifications meet position expectations
-Conduct candidate pre-screening and reference checks
-Schedule interviews with managers on-site
-Meet with hiring managers to discuss open needs, candidate pipeline, position/candidate expectations, etc
-Serve as each candidate’s first point of contact to ensure a positive candidate experience
-Assist with candidate on-boarding
Education and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a Recruiting, Corporate Recruiting or Staffing position.
Experience in a fast paced recruiting environment
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate discipline to hold yourself accountable for daily/weekly recruitment activity
Must be well spoken and be able to effectively communicate to a diverse population of clinically licensed healthcare professionals
Prior experience working for a Staffing Agency is preferred but not required
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
